Warranty

We proudly offer a six (6) month warranty covering manufacturing defects that may arise as a result of an unintentional error during the Honey Jewelry build process. Should an issue occur that is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or correct the piece at no cost within this timeframe.


This warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper care, or the loss of diamonds, center stones, or other gemstones.


Because fine jewelry is worn daily and can be exposed to unexpected circumstances, we strongly encourage all clients to obtain an independent jewelry insurance policy. A comprehensive insurance policy provides full protection in the event of severe or irreparable damage, loss, or theft, ensuring your piece is covered according to the terms of your individual policy.

Loose Stone Policy

All loose gemstones are final sale. We do not offer refunds.


Clients may request an exchange within five (5) business days of confirmed delivery. Approved exchanges must be for a stone of equal or greater value.
To be eligible for exchange, the stone must be returned to Honey Jewelry for inspection. The gemstone must be in its original, unaltered condition and show no signs of wear, damage, or having been set. Any stone that exhibits indications of setting, mounting, alteration, chipping, scratching, or other damage will not qualify for exchange.


Once a gemstone has been set into a jewelry piece—whether by Honey Jewelry or a third party—it is no longer eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.


We strongly recommend that clients fully inspect and evaluate their loose stone prior to setting.

Do all diamonds come with a certificate?

All lab-grown center stones do. Earth-mined stones may not, depending on the individual diamond, but all stones are verified for authenticity.
